We aim to ensure that the goods you order reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your goods for refund within 14 days of receipt. This may only be done by first by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer services will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code (R.A.C). Due to our administration policy, we regret that goods cannot be accepted without an R.A.C. All return parcels should be packed with care and addressed to: PO Box 4116E, St. Peter, Barbados, BB2600 with the R.A.C. clearly marked.
If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that they arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse to refund for damages caused by insufficient packaging. We recommend you use a carrier that offers traceability and insurance. Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return. Carriage will be at your expense unless the return is an Island Store error. Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto your PayPal/credit/debit card, with which the purchase was made, with the purchase price of goods at the time of ordering. This refund will be applied within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account depending on the bank. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once the 14 day period has passed, we have the right to refuse refunds of any unwanted items. We regret that it is not possible to return any food items.
