The Artisan Biscuit Company is a long standing family bakery that was founded over seventy years ago, in 1940. Since then, the world has changed dramatically, but the way they bake biscuits is barely any different. In the past fifty years, they have only had two Head Bakers and Paul, who took over from Terry, now sifts, weighs, mixes and works the dough in the same old-fashioned way, using the same bronze rollers and biscuit-moulding methods that they have for decades.
